When relocating and purchasing a home, the Poland family was devasted by issues in their new home that were not disclosed during the sales process and only revealed themselves after closing. They realized that traditional property inspections left gaps and reliance on sellers to fulfill obligations and disclose issues was misplaced.

They built the platform they wish had existed: a thorough, automated property intelligence system that aggregates data from relevant public sources and synthesizes it into a clear, actionable report.
